PERSONALITY

A strange beast of a man. He connects more deeply with animals than humans and has had to make great efforts in order to communicate efficiently with people. On many occassions, he will rattle off information about animals or make comparisons to them, as this is his reference point for most things. Being an observer, a third-party watching behaviors and actions, is what he does best.
Rikyo is a freak by nature. He gladly and graciously accepts this title, and leads all freaks who would like to fall in line with him. His steadfast dedication to living life in his own way attracts people to him, and this stubbornness can also lead him to try to subtly manipulate people to doing what he wants.
That said, Rikyo is also a total ditz. He doesn't know how to take care of himself, he's a trainwreck and forgetful beast, and he finds childish games to be thoroughly fascinating.

PHYSICAL

183cm (6'0"), wavy and spiraling blue hair, gray eyes, unbelievably suspicious vibes. The area around his right eye and across his upper right ear is a necrotic, blue-gray tone. This area of Rikyo's body is dead, and he has a prosthetic eye that is a shade lighter than his left.
He wears very patterned, colorful clothing. It's as if he's trying to replicate a poisonous frog, and in fact most of his outfits have some sort of reference to animal skin. Almost always wears gloves and heels. It's unlikely to be seen, but he also has a camellia-shaped mark on his back.
